Privacy Policy
Stuora Bar respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect when you contact us about a private event, how we use it, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you send us a private-event inquiry through the form on this site. That data includes your name, your email and/or phone number, the event date, the guest count, the occasion, and any free-text notes you add. We do not collect any payment or card details on the website.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to answer your inquiry and to plan your event with you. When you submit the form, the information is saved to a file on our own server and emailed to us at [email protected]. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, and our own first-party visit counter (erotop.lv) to understand how the site is used. Both run only after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no visit is tracked.
Who we share with
We share your data only with the service providers that help us run the site, acting strictly on our instructions. Outgoing email is sent through Amazon SES, and our DNS and content delivery run through Cloudflare. We do not share your data with any third party for marketing, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry only as long as we need it to handle your request and host your event. Once that is done, we delete it. We do not hold on to your details longer than necessary.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, just email us at [email protected] and we will help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
How to contact us
The data controller is Stuora Bar, Audeju iela 15, Riga, Latvia. For any privacy question or request, email us at [email protected]. We are happy to help.
